On September 24, 2024, the chairman of the board of Hebei Construction Group Zhang Tianping was invited to inspect the works of Silk Road Friendship Park in Dingzhou and attend the 8th Hebei Tourism Industry Development Convention, accompanied by the manager of municipal engineering company Yan Heng.
The work of Silk Road Friendship Park (originally planned as the work of New Century Park for the main exhibition hall of the Dingzhou Garden Expo) is undertaken by our group’s Municipal Engineering Company. The work covers an area of 122704 square meters and has a total construction area of 6420 square meters. It mainly focuses on landscaping and greening, with supporting functional service facilities. It consists of a silk garden, a porcelain garden, a herb garden, an all-age friendship garden, a central waterfront landscape area, and a specialty catering service area. The design incorporates a large number of historical and cultural elements from Dingzhou, reflecting the perfect integration of historical culture and modern architecture. It is an important livelihood work to improve the urban functions of Dingzhou, and it is also one of the sub venues of the 8th Hebei Tourism Industry Development Convention.
